1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between dhakabet.cam ("dhaka", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user of this platform ("you", "member"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, the duplicate account will be closed and any benefits or bonuses received may be forfeited. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

dhaka may request identity verification from a member at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for this process. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the necessary documents are not provided within the specified time.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. dhaka will not be held responsible for any activity on your account carried out by a third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Once a deposit is credited to your account, it will be available for use in bets or games.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour, though additional time may be needed for verification or security review. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Source of Funds

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

Or: on a deposit of ৳13,400, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳23,400; wagering requirement: ৳10,000 × 20 = ৳2,00,000.

5.2 Weekly and Special Offers

Active dhaka members will have access to various recurring offers. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period. Current offers include:

• dhaka Weekly Deposit Festival — 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; 20x wagering.
• dhaka Friday Reload Bonanza — 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; 15x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is never a substitute for cash; it is a playing benefit. Any winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. dhaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent activity may result in account closure.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

dhaka's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example: a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Tier progression depends on a member's ongoing activity; dhaka reserves the right to set these criteria.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. In the case of an incomplete bet due to a technical error, dhaka reserves the right to make the final decision.

7.2 Odds and Results

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply to that bet. Official and recognised sources are used to determine results. dhaka's decision is final in the event of any dispute.

7.3 Game Operations

The RTP and rules for slots, live casino, and other games are determined by the respective game providers. dhaka uses software from established game studios to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Misusing bonus benefits or using fraudulent betting patterns.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Any attempt to hack or breach the security of dhaka's systems.

11 Service Closure and Account Termination

dhaka reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

Where no fraud is established, any valid cash balance will be returned upon termination.

12 Limitation of Liability

dhaka will not be held liable for:

• Losses in betting or gaming resulting from technical failures, internet disconnection, or disruption of third-party services.
• Losses arising from a member leaving their account credentials unsecured.
• Losses due to the platform being temporarily unavailable as a result of changes in law.
• Technical errors on the part of a game provider during game operation.

The maximum compensation payable will in no case exceed the total value of the transaction in question.
